TPU 气密拉链的核心是“一体成型”:用 TPU 颗粒注塑或挤出形成齿链,与 TPU 胶带热压复合为一个整体,再通过高频焊接与面料无缝压胶结合,最终达到 IPX8 气密。相比传统缝制 + 胶条工艺,一体成型消除了针眼与接缝,是密封可靠性的根本来源。

The core of a TPU airtight zipper is one-piece molding: TPU pellets are injection-molded or extruded into teeth, thermally bonded with TPU tape into one unit, then joined to fabric via high-frequency welding and seamless lamination to reach IPX8 airtightness. Compared with traditional sewn + tape construction, one-piece molding eliminates needle holes and seams — the root of sealing reliability.

Main process steps

  1. ① 混料配色:按需调配 TPU 原料与颜色;
  2. ① Compounding & coloring: blend TPU resin and color as required.
  3. ② 注塑 / 挤出成型齿链:形成连续齿形结构;
  4. ② Injection molding / extrusion of teeth into a continuous chain.
  5. ③ 与 TPU 胶带热压复合:齿链与胶带成为一个整体;
  6. ③ Thermal lamination with TPU tape: teeth and tape become one unit.
  7. ④ 高频焊接成形:加工拉头、止扣与端部结构;
  8. ④ High-frequency welding: sliders, stops, and end structures.
  9. ⑤ 与面料无缝压胶:热封胶带贴合缝线,杜绝针孔渗漏;
  10. ⑤ Seamless lamination to fabric: tape covers seams, eliminating needle-hole leaks.
  11. ⑥ 全检:气密、开合、拉伸、老化逐项测试。
  12. ⑥ Full inspection: airtightness, cycling, tensile, and aging tests.

高频焊接与无缝压胶

High-frequency welding & seamless lamination

高频焊接利用高频电场使 TPU 分子自身发热熔合,无需胶水,接缝强度高、无痕迹;无缝压胶用热封胶带覆盖缝线区域,杜绝针眼渗水。两者结合是气密拉链可靠性的工艺保障。

High-frequency welding uses a high-frequency field to fuse TPU molecules themselves without glue, giving strong, invisible seams. Seamless lamination covers stitch lines with heat-seal tape to block needle-hole leakage. Together they guarantee airtight zipper reliability.
